I searched the website under patterns and couldn’t find either. Can you help me with this. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and a happy and healthy new year.Joanne hrycak

  8. Hi Julie, best wishes to you and your family and a better 2021 to everyone, it started off badly for my family, my brother in law died of covid 19 the beginning of January.
i so love your gorgeous patterns and have all of them. but recently i purchased the little bags pattern from Ravelery, and paid with paypal but haven’t been successful in receiving the download, very dissapointed, i have emailed them several times to no avail. would it be possible to purchase it again directly from you as a pdf, i would very much appreciate it, i have never had this problem with Ravelry before, i have looked in my library folder, and there’s nothing there after 2020, yet i also purchased 3 patterns from sachiyo isshii on Ravelry and all of those have downloaded but also not in my library, not sure what is happening. best wishes, Jenny.

  9. Hi Jenny and firstly I am so very sorry to read of your loss you have my sympathies.
I’ve found your order and I can see the problem – you were not logged in to your Ravelry account at the time of the purchase so it did not get linked to your Ravelry account history or library. You can fix this by using Ravelry’s purchase finder tool here:
    https://blog.ravelry.com/thursday-tip-introducing-unlinked-purchase-finder/
If you enter your email address into that it will link up all unlinked purchases sao you’ll find the patterns from Sachiyo too. If that doesn’t work let me know as I can also manually send you a copy via your Ravelry account.
    Hope this helps,
    with warmest best wishes
    Julie
