  1. Lovely to see you back and love all that purple knitting and yarn. I’m enjoying my new vegetable patch too – there’s so much to learn. I’ve also ordered my chicken coop and run (not clever enough to build one) so there’s no going back now!

I’ve just taken a peek at your ‘animals’ gallery for the first time and am so in love with your creations – it must be heartbreaking to part with them. I wonder one day whether you’ll hold a reunion and bring them all back together, it would be wonderful to see.

  5. What happy green, clucky, knitty images! Makes me want to get out and do something. Anything except the ironing I’m dodging while visiting LCR! Love the specs! Your ‘mucky clucky’s’ made me think of my grandmother. She used to call ducklings ‘ducky lily’s’. Thanks for the memory Julie. Hope you and your family are well. Jen

  7. I love purple, maybe it’s contagious? The monkey is lovely, and I’m just wondering… Is that purple scarf beside Ms Monkey a replica of your Rowan Big Wool seed stitch scarf?

What have you covered your Linkbord raised beds with? I’ve just planted mine but want to keep the neighbours cats from using the raised beds as a litter tray!!
Looking forward to seeing some of your finished purple goodies in the future.

Thank you very much for making these available. Really enjoy reading your blog and seeing all the beautiful knits. Something to aspire to.

  21. I love those little sun dresses you have made in the tote bag. I am thinking they might fit on a barbie. Some girls I work with are going to do a charity event where we clean and fix up old dolls and barbies. I would love to know how to make the little dresses to bring along for the barbies.
Is there a pattern anywhere I could purchase?
