He may be autistic but my son knows me all too well. He knows that it’s no good just trying to pull me upstairs to play bounce-on-the-bed while I’m in the middle of making tea. But taking my knitting bag as a hostage is guaranteed to get me following! What a tinker!
Have a great weekend everyone.

Oh how lovely Julie! How fabulous that he understands what makes his mummy tick! Did you manage to make tea, play bounce-on-the-bed and knit at the same time????? Lucy x

I just had to laugh when I saw that picture! It brought an immediate smile to my face 🙂 My two year old daughter will grab my yarn and just pull sometimes(or she just tugs on the knitting itself), don’t tell me it’s not because she doesn’t want mommy’s attention! BTW, I loved your Cath Kidston bag so much from your earlier post awhile back that I got one off ebay just like it that I love love love!!!

What a lovely photo of Toby. It may be harder for Toby to express himself in the right words, but he absolutely has an alternative.
