more little friends far away…

I spent the weekend in my ‘mailroom’ surrounded by tissue paper, ribbon and packing tape and yesterday the latest batch of little cotton friends embarked on their journey to new lives near and far.

I love knowing that my little knitted creatures have arrived safely in their new homes and it’s a real bonus when people take the time to send photos. So here’s a round-up of some of the little cotton friends who’ve happily settled into new homes. Thanks so much to…

He has gone to work in her class of 4 year olds where he’s helping them to learn their jolly phonics – I know he’ll be having a wonderful time and will be really proud to be doing such an important job.

  4. I am loving this. Seeing them all in their new homes and longing to give one a home myself. The little lives they go on to lead once they have been made is a whole new website!

  19. Wonderful to see all those smiling faces with their very own little cotton rabbits/monkeys/foxes,thanks for taking the time to upload them all to share with us J. And to see your lovely mum too, i was just wondering how she was getting on, so it was good to see your post and see how brave she’s being. And to know dear little herbie is still around and doing ok. Its turned especially cold this week so at least he has his little house to stay snug in,a very lucky hedgehog,maybe someone should write a story about his adventures in your home and garden,just like the little cotton rabbit one that was so beautifully done,love to you all, kat

  20. hello, I stopped by your blog when I initially started mine back in January this year, and for some unknown reason havent stopped by that frequently since, and after visiting you tonight, I’m very cross about that! Your creations are simply wonderful, I really admire your creative talent. I shall do my best to get one of your last batch this year! I have a love of rabbits too, and make them in mohair mostly, maybe we could do a swap one day, and let our rabbits meet each other! That would be fun! x

  26. Oh, I love to see how all the sweeties are doing in their new homes. I hope someday I will be posting adventures of one living at my place. I was totally unsuccessful in voting for you. I am so sorry. I really thought yours were the best although all were quite nice.
