Today we used up the last of our homegrown courgettes in a lunch of delicious polpette. They didn't last long enough for a photo of their own so you'll have to follow the link to see what they look like – we can thoroughly recommend them (though we left out the lemon)…
They're easy,
cheesy,
and oh so very pleasy.

While I'm here I also have to show you the giveaway prize that came to me in the post this week …
…notecards and a gorgeous, beautifully made michaelmas daisy corsage from the very talented Vivienne at Green Rabbit Designs. She makes the most beautiful knitted and crocheted bags and corsages – if you have a moment pop over and take a look at her shop.
The corsage looks perfect on my winter coat and I'm feeling very lucky! Thanks Vivienne x
Ooooooh I like the look of your coat. I was lovingly stroking one in a similar shade in Monsoon just an hour ago.
Isn’t Vivienne very very clever. Her work is so neat and nicely presented. I used to have her book marked but my laptop went funny and wiped all the saved data. So glad you have linked to her so I can reacquaint myself.
Those easy peasey cheesey polpettes look yum.
I’ve been learning to knit and it’s made me all the more impressed by your fab rabbits and friends. You are amazing!

What a pretty corsage, it goes so well with your coat. Thank you for linking to the polpette recipe, I’m always on the look out for things to do with my courgette glut from the allotment.

Your poem pleases me, and I wish I had something like that to eat RIGHT NOW. Oh – those purple flowers – they’re perfect, aren’t they? Neatly done and I love the slant of the petals. And the yellow center. She’s good, and I’ll go look at her. You and Amy oughta write more.
